Storage tank processing technology

(1) Processing Technology of Polyethylene Storage Tanks

Horizontal polyethylene (PE) storage tanks are made from pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) using a rotational molding process for integral one-piece molding.

(2) Processing Technology of Steel-Lined Plastic Storage Tanks

Vertical steel-lined plastic storage tanks, also known as tortoise-shell lined tanks (tortoise-shell lining-a three-in-one steel, mesh, and plastic composite), represent the essence of steel-plastic composite products. They employ a special rotational molding process. This involves welding a steel mesh (tortoise shell) to the steel body surface, using pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) as raw material, and using a rotational molding process to organically combine the steel plate, steel mesh (tortoise shell), and polyethylene into a single unit. The polyethylene adheres firmly to the steel body surface. The product boasts advantages such as seamless construction, leak-proof design, non-toxicity, anti-aging properties, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, and compliance with hygiene standards.
