Equipment Composition and Operating Principle
The MMA waste gas incineration treatment system mainly consists of a waste gas collection system, a pretreatment unit, an incinerator, a waste heat recovery system, and a tail gas purification system. The waste gas collection system comprehensively collects the MMA waste gas generated during production and converges it to the pretreatment unit. This unit removes particulate matter, impurities, and moisture from the waste gas through filtration and purification processes, preventing damage to subsequent equipment.

The pretreated waste gas enters the core equipment, the incinerator. Inside the incinerator, a high-efficiency burner rapidly raises the temperature to 800-1200°C. The high-temperature flue gas generated from combustion first enters the waste heat recovery system, where heat is transferred to cold water via a heat exchanger to produce steam or hot water. This heat energy can be reused in the enterprise's production, improving energy efficiency. Finally, the flue gas after waste heat recovery enters the tail gas purification system to further remove residual harmful substances, ensuring compliance with emission standards.
