Cryogenic Freezing and Recovery Device
This Cryogenic Freezing and Recovery Device primarily uses a freezer to treat MMA waste gas at low temperatures. When the MMA waste gas enters the device, the freezer rapidly lowers the gas temperature. Utilizing the characteristic of MMA's easy condensation at low temperatures, the gaseous MMA is converted into a liquid state, thus achieving efficient recovery. This method not only effectively reduces the MMA content in the waste gas, reducing environmental pollution, but also improves the MMA recovery rate, reduces production costs, and achieves resource recycling. The equipment is easy to operate, highly automated, and can automatically adjust the freezing temperature and treatment process according to the waste gas flow rate and concentration to ensure stable recovery results.
Incineration Device
This incineration device is similar to a TO (thermal incinerator) device and is mainly used to collect MMA waste gas and incinerate it. When MMA waste gas is collected and fed into the incinerator, it reacts fully with oxygen in a high-temperature environment (typically 800-1200°C), decomposing into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water, achieving compliant emissions. This equipment features high processing efficiency and large capacity, effectively handling large-scale MMA waste gas emissions. Simultaneously, the heat generated during incineration can be recovered and utilized through a waste heat recovery system, converting it into steam or electricity, further improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs. The equipment is equipped with an advanced automatic control system and safety protection devices to ensure a safe, stable, and efficient incineration process.
