In the production process of methyl methacrylate (MMA) casting sheets, the prepolymer material, rapidly cooled to room temperature in a cooling kettle, needs to be briefly buffered before entering the vacuum degassing or molding process to balance the cycle time of the preceding and following processes and ensure a continuous and stable supply.
To this end, we have designed an MMA stirred tank with an effective volume of 6 cubic meters, specifically designed for the safe temporary storage of MMA prepolymer liquid after the reaction has been terminated. It maintains material homogeneity through low-speed, gentle stirring, preventing sedimentation or localized viscosity differences, and providing stable and homogeneous feed conditions for downstream processes.

- Receives room-temperature prepolymer liquid from the MMA cooling kettle;
