In a broad sense, a reaction vessel is a stainless steel container where physical or chemical reactions occur. The structural design and parameter configuration of the vessel are tailored to different process requirements. Design conditions, processes, inspection, manufacturing, and acceptance must adhere to relevant technical standards to achieve the required heating, evaporation, cooling, and low-to-high-speed mixing reaction functions.
Pressure vessels must comply with GB150 {Steel Pressure Vessels} standard, while atmospheric pressure vessels must comply with NB/T47003.1-2009 {Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels} standard. Consequently, the pressure requirements during the reaction process also impose different design requirements on the vessel. Production must strictly adhere to the corresponding standards for processing, testing, and trial operation. Stainless steel reaction vessels vary in design structure and parameters depending on different production processes and operating conditions; therefore, their structural styles differ, classifying them as non-standard container equipment.
