Lower Boiling Point, Energy Efficiency

By maintaining a vacuum pressure of 10-50 kPa (absolute pressure), the boiling point of MMA is significantly reduced from 100.5°C at atmospheric pressure to 60-80°C. This innovative design not only significantly reduces heating energy consumption (approximately 25% energy saving compared to atmospheric pressure distillation) but also effectively avoids potential thermal decomposition or polymerization reactions of MMA under high-temperature conditions, ensuring product purity and quality.
